KVQA’s management is committed to impartiality: The heads and personnel of the KVQA are free of commercial, financial and all other influences which could affect their impartiality. The staff's remuneration is affected neither by the number nor by the result of the certifications performed. The Certification Committee members of KVQA are exempt from technical instruction from outside regarding certification activities and decisions. Assurance of impartiality is documented in the Publicly available Brochure. KVQA does not perform any advisory or consultative services for the setting-up of management systems and carries out only Impartiality of advice is assured by means of the stipulations in KVQA documents. All auditors sign a contract of Impartiality and No conflict of interest agreements. Impartiality Committee analyses and documents the relationships which may pose conflict of interest. It demonstrates how KVQA eliminates or minimizes such threats related to impartiality.
